Noreen Connolly was born and raised in Chicago, the seventh of seven children of a Chicago fire chief and a hard-working full time mom. She has over 20 years’ experience in the legal industry, beginning her career in the Corporation Counsel office of the City of Chicago, and currently Assistant General Counsel with Verizon Enterprise Services. In this role, Noreen is responsible for supporting several of Verizon's top customer relationships, particularly in the Media, Entertainment and Technology sector, representing several hundred million in revenue. She interfaces with customers, account teams, tax and regulatory, and international teams.

She has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the legal and consulting industries, including stints at Arthur Andersen and Accenture.

Noreen attended the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, and IIT-Chicago-Kent College of Law. She also studied at University College in Galway, Ireland and remains deeply interested in Irish culture and history. She has been involved with Misericordia for many years as she believes strongly in their mission of supporting those with developmental disabilities. She enjoys reading, working out and running - belonging to two running groups - and is gearing up to run her first triathalon.
